How does our hiring process work?

We have a six-step recruitment process to make sure that we are the right fit for each other.

Initial call with the hiring manager to discuss high level aspects of the position.
Depending on the position you’re applying for, you might be asked to complete a short assignment.
The hiring manager and some of your potential colleagues will conduct further interviews.
Our HR team will speak with you to get to know you better and discuss our company culture code.
Our CEO will conduct the final interview with you before we make an official offer.
We will check your references and make you an official offer to join us!
